1) Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using FinFormulas, you represent that you can form a legally binding agreement under applicable law and that you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Educational purpose

FinFormulas provides general educational content and calculators designed to explain common money concepts. Information and calculator outputs are estimates based on inputs and simplified assumptions. They are not tailored to individual circumstances and may omit real-world factors (fees, taxes, product rules, timing conventions, regulatory differences, and exceptions).

3) No professional relationship

FinFormulas does not endorse and is not responsible for third-party content, services, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s terms and privacy policy.

8) Advertising and affiliate relationships

FinFormulas may display advertising and may participate in affiliate programs. If you click certain links and make a purchase, FinFormulas may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. 9) Disclaimers

The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 10) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinFormulas and its creator will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to use) the site; (b) reliance on any content or calculator outputs; (c) third-party links, products, or services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or data.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if FinFormulas has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FinFormulas and its creator from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12) Suspension and termination

13) Changes to the site and Terms

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where required, disputes will be handled under the rules and standards applicable to the type of claim and the parties involved.

15) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16) Entire agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and FinFormulas regarding your use of the site.

17) Contact policy

FinFormulas does not maintain direct user contact channels or provide individualized support. Policies and site standards are reviewed internally as part of ongoing maintenance.
